Very professional!!

We were in the market for a high quality Yamaha Clavinova digital piano. I contacted the Sherman Oaks Faust Harrison store to see if they had the instrument in stock and then visited the showroom to play it. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up purchasing a CLP-785 Clavinova and…(more)

Simply the highest level of courtesy and professionalism from the showroom to the delivery and setup. Definitely a first class and 5 star operation. I would recommend Faust Harrison to anyone looking for a quality piano, new or used.

I bought a Bosenfofer piano from this store. Their service is amazing and the Piano is the best.

Delivery and setup were top notch-particularly given that our family was managing logistics remotely. We purchased this unit for our younger son, who has been playing since early childhood. We were extremely impressed by the sound fidelity and build quality of the Yamaha CLP series…

Had a great experience from start to delivery! Thank you to Dean Tomanelli for his help and the great delivery team.

Professional, knowledgable & personal sales service,….I especially liked that the salesperson, Justin Veira, was a pianist himself and could talk about the piano as one performing musician to another rather than just technical information.

I walked into the store found a beautiful baby Grand, the people were really nice and helpful, and helped me make my decision, they’re really knowledgeable, I had a great experience!

Adam Chester was a delight to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and his energy and joy for the piano is infectious. Helped us every step of the way, from getting a great deal, to making sure it was installed properly, to even our tuning weeks later. Just an amazing experience all-around.

The staff was very helpful and the whole process of buying the piano in Melville, New York and having it delivered and assembled in Tampa, Florida was seamless.

The piano was a present for my granddaughters. I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted. The store stuff accommodated all the needs in a quick and professional manner.
