I had a wonderful experience at the FausHarrison Pasadena location. I am very grateful to Michael, who spent 40 minutes sharing information about Yamaha pianos and which pianos to choose for my children. I would highly recommend that parents who have young piano beginners stop by Faust Harrison.

It was a wonderful experience working with Peter Creighton at the Fairfield store. He was extremely responsive, helpful, patient with us and his follow up was terrific.

We have been interacting with Steve since we bought our piano and the service has been wonderful! He communicates well, sends text reminders, always arrives on time, let’s us know what is happening with the tune up and even is very patient with our dog!

The sales people and staff were simply fantastic. No pressure. No attitude. Just a genuine desire to help me, whether I purchased a piano or not. They gave me all the time I needed. They answered all of my questions, and even answered questions that I didn’t think to ask. I came to the store no less than five times to play and listen to different pianos, which is exactly what I needed in order to make an informed decision.

I should have chosen Faust Harrison first, but I’m in San Diego and assumed my only option was the local Yamaha dealer (there’s only one here). Big mistake. For two plus months that dealer told me my piano was ‘on the way’ etc. etc…(more)

The Clavinova CVP809 I ordered and received from Faust Harrison is beautiful! I am so happy with everything about it. I did order the white glove service and am glad I did.
