Very good. I got good education, guidance and service from your sales representative , Izzy , in Irvine store. The arrangement of delivery was very smooth, too. Thank you for your services.

I love my used piano so much & couldn’t have had a better experience buying it from Faust Harrison from top to bottom, even the two times I’ve gotten it tuned by them since my purchase. Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful & patient & a great price on top of all that, I went to the Sherman Oaks & Irvine locations both were terrific, this is easily one of the best places to buy a piano in SoCal!

I should have chosen Faust Harrison first, but I’m in San Diego and assumed my only option was the local Yamaha dealer (there’s only one here). Big mistake. For two plus months that dealer told me my piano was ‘on the way’ etc. etc…(more)
